We offer a 15-day money back guarantee only on defective items or items that were incorrectly shipped to you. Returned items must be from the appropriate corresponding order and are marked accordingly.

If the item is truly defective or an incorrect item was shipped, return it to us with a copy of your invoice and we will replace your item free of charge, shipping included. After we receive the item you are returning, a credit will be issued to you for the shipping charges, towards a future Natural Sundae purchase.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, & incorrect items must be unopened to qualify for a replacement. All returns must be received within 15 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee.

Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange a return. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

We suggest when returning an item to us that you send it with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to avoid lost merchandise. We will not be held responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.
